Cash Management app for corporate clients

The Cash Management app enables mobile access to account information and has been developed in parallel for the iOS and Android platform under the client’s Cross Channel Banking/Digital Strategy program.

The application has been awarded with the "Technology Award - Best Mobile Treasury Solution" in 2015 by TMI.

Approach

Agile approach with iterative implementation based on user stories.

Responsibilities and achievements

  • Coached and motivated my client in being the Scrum Product Owner and the application of agile practices
  • Defined epics, managed and prioritized the product backlog, created user stories, non-functional requirements and technical specifications
  • Defined a web service API for connecting the backend application
  • Liaised with solutions architects and third-party developers
  • Mediated between my client and an external agency for the approval of wireframes and the final user interface design respecting an existing style guide
  • Reviewed test plans, generated test cases based on former acceptance criteria and participated in UAT
  • Created internal and external user documentation, prepared app store entries for iTunes Connect and Google Play
  • Achieved implementation of the functional scope for release 1 in just two sprints (an 8 week total duration)
